Flat Roofing FAQs
What is the difference between GRP and torch on felt?
GRP is a seamless fibreglass system that forms a single waterproof surface. Torch on felt is a traditional multi layer felt system. We can advise which suits your roof and budget after an inspection.
Can my flat roof be repaired, or does it need replacing?
If the damage is small and the rest of the roof is sound, a repair is often enough. If the roof has widespread damage or repeated leaks, replacement may be better. We will tell you honestly after inspecting it.
How do I know if my flat roof is leaking?
Common signs are damp patches or stains on ceilings, pooling water on the roof, and cracks or blisters in the surface.
